Wincanton Implement Selection Driver Risk Index™

Wincanton, the British logistics firm is implementing the Selection Driver Risk Index™ as part of their Degree Apprenticeship Programme.

Wincanton is the largest British logistics firm, providing supply chain consultancy and solutions to some of the world’s most admired brands. They employ approximately 19,100 people across more than 200 sites and have a 3,500-strong fleet of vehicles.

The Selection Driver Risk Index™ is a psychometric assessment that provides managers with a robust and validated system for the recruitment and selection of safe and responsible drivers. It enables the assessment of personality and emotional reactions to the demands of driving for work.
